How it works

Our process

Route design & permitting

We map the roadshow route across target towns and markets, secure all necessary venue and event permits, and arrange accommodation and logistics for the touring team.

Activation setup & execution

Our team arrives at each location ahead of schedule, sets up the branded environment, and runs the full day's activation programme. Every stop is documented with photos and reach tallies.

Market-level reporting

A post-roadshow report covers each town visited, consumer numbers reached, samples distributed, and key consumer feedback themes — giving you a market-by-market performance picture.
